Les Fresques

The restaurant «Les Fresques» has been rewarded with a Star by Michelin Guide in 2018. Chef Patrice Vander, Chef at Les Fresques, is pleased to share this reward with his loyal kitchen brigade.Patrice Vander is a Chef who manages and cooks each day with passion, offering an exceptional menu which is the fruit of high-precision gastronomy.

The gastronomic restaurant Les Fresques is located at the heart of the Hôtel Royal, a 5-star luxury hotel.  In a majestic setting affording stunning views of Lake Geneva, in a dining room adorned with the most beautiful frescoes by Gustave Jaulmes, the fine cuisine proposed by Chef Patrice Vander makes every moment spent at the Fresques simply spellbinding.
