Casino Evian
The casino-theatre, envian’s entertainment capital
At the heart of the Evian Resort, the Evian-les-Bains Casino offers several areas dedicated to table games and slot machines, 3 restaurants and bars, dinner shows, as well as numerous activities.
The Casino was built in 1911 by the architect J.A. Hebrard (who also designed the Cachat bar and the Royal Hotel) on the site of the Château de Blonay, which was bequeathed to the town in 1877 for the creation of a “gaming house”.
Slot machines
Over 225 slot machines, 37 electronic roulettes, a dedicated Table Games room with Black Jack and Stud Poker.
The Theatre
The neo-classical style theatre (1883-1885) was created by an apprentice of Charles Garnier (architect of the Paris Opera house). It can seat 290 and each summer it comes alive again with the Evian Musical Encounters and a series of boulevard comedies during the summer theatre festival.
